Alcohol and Insurance
Separate event insurance is required; the easiest is www.wedsure.com. You will need to get a banquet permit to serve alcohol. Banquet permits can be purchased online for $10 at the Washington State Liquor Board www.liq.wa.gov/licensing/banqueting-permits.
Pricing
Parties with 50 people or less - $500 for 4 hours; $150 per hour over that time (birthday/graduation) Quienceñera- $2,000/$3,000- full day access
Elopement- $1,000
Wedding- $2,500/$3,500- full day access, plus rehearsal and photo session week of or before
