12 Hour Rental Period day of event (Only 1 event per day)

Alcohol and Insurance
Separate event insurance is required; the easiest is www.wedsure.com. You will need to get a banquet permit to serve alcohol. Banquet permits can be purchased online for $10 at the Washington State Liquor Board www.liq.wa.gov/licensing/banqueting-permits.
Pricing
Small gatherings with fewer than 50 people - $500 for 4 hours; $150 per hour over that time (birthday/graduation/showers)
Quienceñera, Baptism, Reunions- $2,500- over 50 people and all day access
Elopement- $1,000
Wedding- $3,500
